Course Description:

Through the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) certification course, you will learn how to help current and former military service members find housing that best meets their needs. You’ll understand what military benefits and support they are eligible for, along with how to access them. The MRP certification course will equip you to provide the real estate services—at any stage in the service member’s military career—that meet the needs of this market and win future referrals. After completion of the course, you'll be on your way to earning the Military Relocation Professional (MRP) Certification. 

Objectives:

• Solving unique challenges faced by military members, veterans, and their families.

• Gathering the tools necessary to increase business and effectively serve this demographic.

• Learn how to exceed client expectations for military and civilian clients 

• Communicating housing options for military buyers and sellers.

• Generating leads in an honorable, respectful way.

• Understanding the VA home loan benefit and conveying its value to those who’ve earned it.

The Military Relocation Professional Certification Core course is an approved elective for the Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR®) designation.
